The Northwest Bakersfield All-Stars won three games on Wednesday to become the 2009 Cal Ripken Baseball 11-70 Pacific Southwest Regional Champions. Bakersfield went 7-1 in the tournament, finishing with wins of 19-6 over Los Altos, and 14-4 and 11-3 over Laguna at Oats Park in Fallon, Nev.
