fitness model?

Jacques Teri: No it is not bad. I have trained a few fitness competitors. Women naturally have bigger legs for the most part. That works in your favor. I would recommend starting to talk to other fitness competitors and models. I'm sure there are forums out there to help.

Jeremy Donohue: Let me first start out by saying two things. First of all, I am not only a certified fitness instructor but I am also a board certified nutritionist. Secondly, and most importantly, please heed this warning: DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD OF WHAT KELLY J WROTE ABOVE. If you would like some accurate, healthy advice to tone those tough areas, to eat right, and make sure you're doing the right ype of exercises then check out this site: http://www.greggavedon.com/He's well established as a fashion model and although he's a male and you are a female, he gives great advice to women, as well. He knows the industry inside and out. Everything Kelly J wrote reeks of deception. And you if you click on! that link, you will notice one important thing missing from their very cheap website (usually a sign of snake oil salesmanship) is the actualy nutrition fact and ingredients of thier "miracle product" I must also say that your body type is your body type. You may be genetically prone to having muscular legs and there is nothing you can do it about that. You can tone them but the muscles won't get smaller. Good luck....Show more

Ivan Velazquez: BTW, a FITNESS model isn't one of this stick-thin models in fashion magazines. they're the ripped, totally fit women you see in FLEX magazine, Muscular Development, and those types.

Nestor Klan: i guess its bad if you want to be a model.

Rosann Mccomb: Check out T-nation website, they actually have some trainers discuss prepping fitness models for some shows.
