Voncile Slaubaugh: I don't think you mean registration, I think you mean titling the car. Registration is just a fancy word for license plates. You can't get the car on the road (legally) until you get a title for the car. Apparently, You are involved in a jumped title scheme. You don't own the car and the guy you foolishly gave your money to, doesn't own the car either.
