Marielle Hedeiros: If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat con! sistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, ! prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://tinyurl.im/aHMO3 The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. Horace Escue: For the best answers, search on this site https://smarturl.im/aD5HJHere is a healthy and very easy recipe for chicken or pork. It looks unusual, but it is a! mazing! I've been making it for my family at least once a month for ove! r 30 years. 4 chicken breasts or leg/thigh quarters (bone in or boneless, no skin) 1 cup soy sauce 1 cup white vinegar 6 large garlic cloves, minced Combine soy, vinegar and garlic in a large skillet. Add chicken and bring to a boil. Lower to a gentle simmer and cook, covered, until chicken is done (depends on kind of chicken). Serve with sauce over rice. You can also combine soy, vinegar, garlic and chicken in a casserole dish and bake it in the oven instead of doing it stove-top. This will take a bit longer to cook. If you want to use pork instead of chicken, I usually add a bit of sugar (1 tablespoon) because I find that is a better flavour with pork. I *really* hope you give this a try! It is very low fat but full of flavour....Show more

Brittney Inabnit: I've made them before, and they tasted great, but the won ton skins were a little too delicate. I make them by putting the cheese in the middle of a square then folding it over to make a triangle shape. I was thinking about gluing 2 skins together with water, to make them thicker, then using that to make one ravioli. I was wondering if anyone has tried that before, and if it would work. Thank you for any suggestions!
